Ball quietly doing doing Ball things....
Looks like gonna have to decide between the Bell and Ross Type Demineur or this bad boy....
Objectively speaking the Ball is a chunky boi, but the anti shock tech is quite impressive, for a mechanical watch.
Bell and Ross is a bit more affordable.
Decisions, decisions... #firstworldproblems TBH.

Nice.
Nice.
The interesting thing is Ball's anti-shock system. I believe they have already, or will be, adding it to their other lines.
Just from an engineering standpoint pretty interesting. Overkill? Maybe. If you aren't gonna wear the watch in hard/austere environs might not make sense.
Also, yes a G Shock or other quartz from Sinn, etc would inherently be more shock resistant.
But still, 10m drop survival on a COSC, anti-mag, mechanical movement, pretty cool.

Agreed. Ball, so to say, are definitely on the ball. ๐
This is design is distinctly a #ball design. I've got an engineer hydrocarbon and I can attest to its durability and reliability. It's definitely a CHUNKY boi and when you wear this watch even for a few hours, the next time you put on another watch after this it'll feel very light and slim
