Twice the price, but twice the watch! - Casio G-Shock GM-2100 Metal
I’ve been wanting to get a Casioak, but glad I waited because I really love the newer metal versions. I can’t believe that at only twice the price ($200 vs $100 of the original plastic versions) that, in addition to the metal outer case, you get this impeccably finished dial that has various finishes and sharper edges.
I thought these were going to be sold out given the continued hype of these models, but I was able to buy this silver one at retail directly from Casio’s US website less than a week ago. I highly recommend this if you’re on the fence.
As a small wristed person, I think it works on my 6-inch wrist, it is a G-Shock after all and known to be bigger. If you’re wondering why I didn’t get the smaller one, the colors didn’t click with me and I really wanted the small analog day hand.
