Exploring downtown Toronto, walking through the underground and boom, I see some brands that are in my love zone. Oris, Baume and Mercier, Freddy Constant, Mido...not crazy expensive. I walk in and the owner is there, struck up a great convo. From a distance thought my Islander Manhasset was a Rolex Explorer, 😉. Mani Jewellers, I'm adding them to the list of places to shop.

That looks like a proper AD. Good luck on your find. I wish I had something like this close to me.
I have been thinking about Mani but since the pandemic don’t have opportunity to wander the Path, heading to Yorkville later this afternoon.
