Diver pusher lock screws stuck

I have some older diver chronographs that I would love to bring back into use, but the pusher lock screws are frozen in place. Wondering if anyone here has discovered a successful method for unsticking? Thinking about trying some liquid wrench on a test candidate. Thoughts?

I mean, in theory it’s a screw that’s frozen and that’s what liquid wrench was made to unstick. It’s worth a try! For what it’s worth I’ve found many household & mechanical compounds are great for watch maintenance and cleaning.
