Noob question: Procedure with AliX?

Hi Crunchers!

I'm still new to AliX, and would appreciate your guidance.

I ordered a couple straps, and one of them is overdue from the delivery window and bas been stuck at "delivered to the last mile carrier" for a week or so now.

Do you usually wait it out? Contact the seller first? Or request a Return/Refund right away?

I understand I should open a return before the crazy long time limit runs out, but wondering hat you guys do and how you approach Ali?

Thanks!!

P.s. the image is just a Seiko diver to make the post look nicer - though I did order the straps for a blue watch 😁

Contact the seller to get the ball rolling. That guarantees its arrival tomorrow. 🤣

If you see an option to request a refund where your order information is, then do it.

And you may be able to request a refund but it will be denied until the lengthy timeout period for the delivery, which is bullshit because it's about two months.

Good luck.

The last mile carrier should contact you, either for direct delivery or for import taxation prior to delivery. It is out of seller's control at this point.

Hi, thanks! Is there a way to find out who the last mile carrier is? I gather that's a term and not a company name. In theory, it's in my town, and I could just reach out to the carrier

It is most likely to be the national post service.
