I decided to visit my local Rado boutique to have a look at the new DiaStar Skeleton as I have always been intrigued by the DiaStar with its unique look. A watch which looks visually big but wears very compactly. And that 60s retro looking case which at one glance, you know its a Rado.
Didn’t expect that I will like it as much as I did, long story short I decided to become a happy owner of a Rado DiaStar Skeleton. Really like how it looks and feels on the wrist especially the square faceted crystal. I personally feel that it’s a watch with quite abit of personality.
Any fans of Rado or DiaStar here?

I can't say I am a fan of Rado, but I have a Rado that belonged to my grandfather, so that watch has a special place in my heart.
It's a stunning watch and looks very unique. Something that is becoming much harder to find. Definitely a conversation starter. Congratulations!
Been a fan since I first saw one in the late 90’s. I bought a vintage one at the time. LOVE THIS

Thanks for the kind words! The longer I am in this hobby, the more I steer towards watches which are more unique and have personalities.

My old tired eyes thought it was an Apple Watch in a yellow case. 🤣

My two toned Rado from the late 70s on a jangly bracelet. 😆
Congratulations! It's a very unique design that I'm also quite fond of. Wear it in good health!
