I chose an Onega Seamaster Professional.

All really good choices!! Omega AT or Tudor in my opinion. But between the two it depends if you want a watch with a rotating bezel or not.

For first one, id go Tudor 54 or 58.. it's more versatile and plays well weekday or weekend..

Aqua Terra, then GS, but not the Snowflake, one of their high beat hobbies

. Wouldn't want any Bland Bay, too much of a tribute act to the Sub.

For my first Luxury watch I chose the Seamaster 300 heritage. My Grail, had it for 3 years and love it more everyday!
