It does tarnish. Mildly annoying regular maintenance easily polished with a silver polishing cloth.
Because silver is softer than stainless steel, you essentially can't put this watch on a metal bracelet or it'll bend/warp the silver where the metal contacts metal. That's disappointing because it actually looks good on a bracelet and it reduces the variety.
It's 19mm so finding straps is sometimes annoying.
It's quartz. I think that's an advantage but most watch people have deluded themselves into thinking mechanical watches are better.
Otherwise it's a semi precious metal watch made by a luxury Maison that sells for less than a stainless steel Christopher Ward

Thanks for the tips. I don't mind quartz my GS Sbgf027 is quartz and I love it as an office daily.
19mm is awkward but not impossible as I have some for my tissot

Classy.
Very interesting piece. I never seen this model before!
That’s a gorgeous Tank 👌🏻 I’ve never seen such a Cartier dial! so unique 👏🏻👏🏻
That dial is utterly great, is it a vermillion case with the gold plating off?

no, it's a 925 silver sold as an "argent" must de cartier. Early 2000s model.

Thanks. I find it more legible than Roman numerals, and the date complication makes this watch a much more palatable daily wear

That is such a beautiful watch. I once bought a tank and my ex wife still has it. 😭
