New Seiko Snoopy parachute
Here’s the relatively new Sekio Snoopy parachute version. (There’s also a new Seiko Snoopy surfboard dive-style version.)
I like it, smaller than I expected, and thicker, it’s like a little brick. But it does make me smile to wear it.
Curious for folks’ opinions about whether to use the tan nato strap, this natural cork band, or something else. Not a fan of leather and the black leather band that came stock with it

I like that cork strap. Looks great.
A nato -might- make it sit a bit high on the the wrist, but tan would compliment it.
My SNK809 is small & chunky like that & nato's kind of amplify the thickness.

The cork is striking! As long as it’s flexible and comfortable I’d go with that.
I know Seiko watches have a lot fans but not a brand that I have significant history with, expecting a first grandkid in October, reached out to some ads who sell Seiko including my GS seller. Watches are sold out. Snoopy is sort of special to the new mom to be and the grandmom.
The cork strap is a nice match to the watch. I like rugged thick watch cases. I picked up a Tudor Ranger from the boutique a few weeks ago not a size that I favour. My wife suggests saving it for our grand daughter which might be an idea. The sa says it is essentially uni sex.

This is my first Seiko so can’t speak to them overall. But I’d say yes, this is right in that unisex size zone.

That’s two for cork, good enough for me! The thought was that yes, while extra nato makes it sit higher (maybe can see in pic) it also makes it feel a little wider / less undersized. So a trade off. Ty for the comment!
