Any NATO or waterproof straps recommendations for my Casio WS-1400H?

I’m looking for any reliable and durable waterproof straps for my WS-1400H because the one my WS-1400H already came with is actually way too uncomfortable to wear.

I looked up the lug width of that watch and it says 18mm, unless that information is wrong, feel free to let me know.
