Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
I've always loved and worn watches. Came into a few beautiful family heirlooms (Elgin pocket watch, 1954 Bulova Tuxedo, 1945 Rolex bubbleback), then the new watch bug bit hard. Obsessed since 2020 or so.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Timex when I was a kid. First watch I bought myself was an Armani quartz in the 90s. First contemporary mechanical: Marloe Pacific 52.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Micros that do interesting dials: Farer, Fears, Kurono, Oris. Plus classics like VC, Lange, Glashutte Orig.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
1) GO Panomaticlunar in blue or white. 2) VC Triple Calendrier 1942. Pure beauty.
