I started my journey in December 2023 so still a baby. I'm Korean living in Tokyo so I'm privileged with many great watches here. I want to learn tons from fellow Crunchers!
Other hobbies are music(bass, acoustic guitar, composition, etc.), and photography. Would love to start talking about watches irl someday!

When I was in high school, my friend showed me his Tissot automatic watch and the rotor at the back kinda struck me out of nowhere, since then I always wanted a watch. And even though I usually wear Apple Watch, I still prefer mechanical watches.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
I believe it was a Swatch or a Casio. Though Breitling is the first watch I bought with my own research and passion.
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
My wife bought me Breitling (to be precise, she let me choose any watches around that budget) so I would never let it go.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
I'm also a newbie but if I have to say something, I would say: Buy a watch you like. You don't have to buy expensive watches to enjoy watches.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
G-Shock, Christopher Ward, and Junghans.
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
JLC Reverso. I usually like round dials, but Reverso hits me different.
