Rado Manhatton

hey watch people, i need help... My father gave me his old Rado Manhattan but it doesnt work properly, so i thought i would try to see what the problem can be but i couldnt remove the movement from the case back, its a first for me, the watch movement goes with the watch back and the bracelet watch case and crystal are separate from that. Now I cant get the movement out of the caseback because of the crown pin, and i dont know hot to get the crown pin out because i cant reach any of the movement to try and find a lever or screw for it. Does anyone know how its supposed to be done or have any ideas? Thanks <3

A photo or two would really help here, but it is possible that you need to access things by removing front bezel.

Sorry for replying late. This is what it looks like. I dont think i can get to any pin to push to remove the crown pin. The more i look at it the less i understand haha. Thank you for trying to help me tho!

I'd assume you have to remove the dial and then the stem release is underneath. Remove the hands and pull the dial straight up. Presumably there should be something near the stem area to push or pull.

I had some kit watch that worked like that. It's obviously less convenient than popping a movement out the back.

Yeah that’s what i feared, my watchmaking skills aren’t so good so I really didn’t want to do much more than open the watch back but it looks like I’ll have to get my hands dirty😁

Thanks a lot for the input! I’ll see what i can manage on my own
