Reissue aside (and TBH Resco makes a better variant to me) I'll always think the Alsta is cool. Especially on that steel rally bracelet.
Not to be the Seiko police 👮 , but looks like your turtle photo is actually a 7002-7000 (the watch between the turtle and the SKX), the turtle (a 1983 below) doesn’t have the crown guards like the 7002 or the SKX.😀. Btw - I voted for the turtle.

I realized it after I made the post that I clicked the wrong photo in my gallery. However, Watchcrunch doesn't allow for polls to be edited, and people had already started voting. Since it was close enough, I chose to leave it.

You're cool. I totally get it. I kicked myself after I realized it. I meant to delete the photo, so I didn't make the exact mistake I did, but then I thought I'd be fine. 🤣

Yes, sadly I believe Resco stopped making the steel, but if wanted you could troll the interwebz, one will come up eventually.
And the orange and white variants in all PVD looks so good. Alsta looks, modern vibes.
