To be honest, I'd still rather buy an original SNXS79 because it simply looks better. 🤷
Swap the movement for an NH35, sapphire crystal, slim caseback and proper bracelet and for less than $100 of parts you have an up to date SNXS with better specs than a modern Seiko 5 and still cheaper.
I would not pay above $200 for this. Especially when the SRPE line can be found for $190 on sale multiple times a year.

Yeah fair enough. I'm hoping Seiko will bring out some nicer color combos for the new SNXS. The OG ones are just way more classy
Totally agree with @Beanna. But I don't see the need to swap out all those she listed. I love my SNXS79 as it is. Plus, the whole SNXS7x line has more class, vintage vibes, and is simply captivating.

Yeah the SNXS is great. The only mod I consider necessary is swapping out the case back for a slimmer one.
