They're an AliExpress company. I understand that they have a decent reputation on the platform. As to whether they're worth buying, it's a judgment call for you to make. AliExpress watches can be hit or miss. Certainly don't anticipate any kind of return on it.
Baltany seems to have built itself a decent reputation amongst Chinese watch enthusiasts. They seem to specialise in military and pilot inspired timepieces and their prices are reasonable. I quite like Baltany's "Dirty Dozen" homage, with the Sea-Gull ST1701 movement.
There's an active Chinese watches group on Reddit. You might want to check there, along with YouTube reviews (take them with a grain of salt though if they are promoting 'affiliate' links.).
