I have yet to see any reliable and/or conclusive evidence proving that watch winders shorten the life of automatic watches.
The 4R calibre of the watch you are showing is one that doesn't require any special watch winder. I would suggest that you buy something like this BOXY watch winder. They are stackable and you can start with a single one. I have 7 of them at home and so far they have been working for two years without a problem. You can even set how many revolutions and directions you want to use.

Your wrist.
Is this what you mean? Great for winding small crowns etc. or if your fingers are arthritic / you have lots of hand wound watches etc.

Actually looking for an automatic watch winder. 🙂
Unless you have a perpetual calendar all you'll be doing is wearing out your watch unnecessarily.
I've got one, but after reading up on them I came to the conclusion that they're best avoided.
YMMV, good luck 👍
