Any Recommendations for a Watch Winder to Wind Seiko Movement Watches?

Is this what you mean? Great for winding small crowns etc. or if your fingers are arthritic / you have lots of hand wound watches etc.

Unless you have a perpetual calendar all you'll be doing is wearing out your watch unnecessarily.

I've got one, but after reading up on them I came to the conclusion that they're best avoided.

I have yet to see any reliable and/or conclusive evidence proving that watch winders shorten the life of automatic watches.

The 4R calibre of the watch you are showing is one that doesn't require any special watch winder. I would suggest that you buy something like this BOXY watch winder. They are stackable and you can start with a single one. I have 7 of them at home and so far they have been working for two years without a problem. You can even set how many revolutions and directions you want to use.
