Help. What is this watch reference? Is it original?

Seeking the wisdom of the masses.

Found this Omega Seamaster Chronoscope listed online and wanted to know if it is legit original dial. I searched online but all the ones I see have the traditional black and white dial / chapter ring. Never seen one with orange. Looks gorgeous and thinking of pulling the trigger but wanted to make sure it’s legit original.

And for anyone who owns an Omega Seamaster Chronoscope - how do you like it? What’s the positive and negatives of this watch?

I'm not an expert so bear that in mind however the second hand looks unlike the simple tapered bar on other Chronostops and the Omega logo looks thick as if it may have been touched up. Combine those two observations with the irregular bezel and it's possible someone created a "what if" piece. Someone like @ChronoGuy would know better than I but he may be traveling incommunicado at the moment. It would be awesome if my suspicion that it's not all original was wrong but consider otherwise when pricing this piece.

I don’t think think that bezel belongs on this model; also it is placed wrong - look at how slanted the tachymeter numberings are. Looks like a Frankenstein to my eye.
