Wanting to learn more about my grandma's Omega

I really don't know much about this watch other than my grandfather bought it for my grandma a long time ago and I inherited the watch so I want to know more about it. Hope someone on here can tell me more about it.

From the dial I would guess 70s, maybe ad a couple of years when the case is taken into account 🤔. Don't have anything more guesswork to add 😊 Sorry

This sort of 70s Omegas tend to have their reference number engraved on the reverse of the case back plate. You can try and pop the case back up, google that reference and hope it gets picked up by the official Omega vintage website (https://www.omegawatches.com/vintage-watches) on the search, or directly at their search bar.
