Yep. I’ve tried those methods though the bulk to me is not much of a problem but more of a visual stylistic choice. Therefore I found hiding the bulk a bit like taking away the fun in wearing nato straps :)
I’m not sure yet. Also this is still far from the actual no radiation. However for the time being it does feel more interesting than the submariner and other watches in that general silhouette.
Sponsored or partner content is just gentrified ways of saying the content has been paid for. It’s just media jargon and it’s as simple as that. For me I always assume the worst.
Serial starts with 9 so this is a watch made in a year ending with 9. Case back battery change indicator shows the 1st change in ‘93Q1 so I’m pretty certain myself that this is my birth year watch.
Above are some great examples! And pardon me for my uninvited comment: somehow GMT watches are among the first to go when I began trimming down my collections several weeks ago. I treat them as tool watches and only wear them when traveling or when I need some fresh WRUW posts:) then I realized I only needed one GMT watch. My current pick is the Grand Seiko quartz GMT. Pick yours wise, but then again, who am I to judge. Have fun!
