Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?

Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
My Dad's watch that I own now. It's a Zodiac manual watch received as a gift from his father when he left his country to go the university in the early 60s. Never revised and still functioning perfectly.
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
-Get a watch that you like and not because it's trendy or because people tell you that another one is better. - A watch is not only about tech sheets, movement etc.. It's an accessory. If it looks good, a 30$ watch can bring the same joy as a 10K watch. -Get a watch that you will wear. There's no point to keep watches in boxes (in my opinion) - if you are ready to spend more than 2K, look yourself for watches but ask advice from friend or in forums. They might have been through the same process and can bring you good ideas. - if you are ready to spend more than 5K, ask for advice!!!
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Hamilton. Looking for a robust and sober watch to wear on a daily basis.
