Advice on whether to buy this mechanical watch? Repurposed from a pocket watch, original movement, made in the USSR. Retro. The price is less than 120$
Looks very similar to a Molnija movement. Looking at it, the only difference I can see is that the one your looking at has three screws in the main bridge, and it has a jewel in the centre, Molnija has two screws and plain bearing.

No shock protection on the balance. Almost all wrist watches have had shock protection since the 1950s.
