My new Timex Marlin Chronograph in Gold arrived! I had one for a good price on backorder from Amazon but after a month of waiting and no shipping date expected, I bailed on that order. Since the gold isnt even visible on Timex website and they've released a new black version, I figured I had better buy one now before they're not available anymore. This one flew across the Atlantic to arrive home!
I love the steel case and gold hands and raised indices contrasting with the gold dial. I love the art deco font and the weird 430ish date window. I will probably put it on a brown croc strap at some point but the one it came with is pretty good. The case size fits my 7.5" wrist nicely too. All around I'm thrilled with my purchase.
