Additionally, they verify the performance is within manufacturer specifications, as outlined in the authentication report provided to you.Furthermore, in response to your authentication questions, we arranged an appointment at Bennisson (fortunatley, you live close by) for you to review the timepiece in person before completing the transaction. Unfortunately, you did not attend the appointment and became unresponsive to our follow up and defaulted on your obligation to close the transaction. Thjs unfortunately resulted in the loss of your 5% fee per our terms and conditions. We understand this is not ideal, however, this policy is in place to protect our sellers. You threatened to leave poor reviews if we did not refund your service fee, unfortunately, we could not comply. The service fee is refunded if a watch is not described accurately in the listing in condition or authenticity.
