SOTC what do you think ?

I started this hobby like 2 years ago and admit I made some mistakes or lets say I would have approached this differently if I would start now. My next steps are:

  • New watch box

  • A summer watch light blue sub 1K

  • Another g shock

  • A luxury piece for around 5K which I am currently saving for and still have not decided what it will be. Waiting for W&W to see what will be new this year

I am also thinking about selling my longines to make room for other watches. As for the rest they all have sentimental value to me and can not be replaced.

What would you do if you were in my current state ?

I'd keep the Longines, it was the watch I was drawn to when I checked out the pic. It's also a good solid watch for many occasions.

Carry on collecting and making mistakes,it’s what this hobby is all about.Good collection so far.

Well rounded! If you’re aiming around $5k budget, the Longines would help fund that in fairness.

For a sub 1k summer watch, (using £ here so apologies if it’s over) you could do a lot worse than a Christopher Ward twelve. Smaller size, but that combined with the rubber strap makes it light and comfortable.

Nice collection mate.

Personally I'd keep the bottom row and sell the top ones, but I'm over 50 and my lifestyle doesn't need G-Shocks.

I'd definitely keep the Longines tho!

I understand what you mean! For my age of 32 I am rather dressed up usually but the thing is that the casio was a gift from my mother 12 years ago and the g shock while I was at university as well. The vostok was a gift from a work colleague that brought it from russia. Thank you the longines seems to be getting good feedback so I think I ll keep it for now 😅

Don’t sell your beautiful Hydroconquest! It’s got to be up there as one of the best dive watches in its price category. I love mine!
