Entry into Seiko ? What yiu suggest ?
I am looking for my first Seiko watch and prefer a blue dial. What would you recommend ? Price up to 700

The Presage Sharp Edge in blue would be my suggestion. Pricing is higher than your target but a good used one should be even under your target.

Buy used!!
Paid £500 for my green Willard, under that for spb147 (brown dial, gilt indices 62MAS reissue)
Both are from the Prospex line & cost nearly double that new. Definitely a step up in quality for what you'd get new for the same money!

A presage cocktail time, new around 500-600€. Or a secondhand Prospex diver to get a 1000€+ watch for half price.

I have one, it was my first automatic watch. The deep blue is gorgeous. I wore mine today, in fact!
