The four rules of Watch Collecting:
1. I can resist anything except temptation.
2. It is easier to beg forgiveness than to seek permission.
3. Fine quality is long remembered after the pain of spending money is forgotten.
4. Wearing what you enjoy, not dictated by price, accuracy, or dogma, is bliss!
You don't buy a great watch to tell the time any more than you would buy a fast car because you're in a hurry, and never buy a watch as an investment. Instead, buy it for the irrational reasons that make you lust after it.

My greatest fear is that I'll drop dead tomorrow, and my wife/partner will sell all of my watches for what I told her I paid for them. 😱
I always lusted after Fast Cars, Boats, Bikes, and Women. Sadly, the Fast Women took the Cars, Boats, and Bikes, and I am just left with a few Phenomenal Watches. 🤷🏽♂️💸
