Omega Milanese Bracelet
When I saw the Omega 300m 007 special edition in Milanese. I immediately fell in love with it. However, that watch had an aluminum bezel. I am a sucker for anything ceramic, so I did not consider it.
A few months later I discovered that Omega has milanese bracelets available for purchase. So I jumped on it.
I walked into an Omega AD. I asked for the bracelet, the salesperson said “Oh I know that bracelet, but isn’t it for the special edition?” Then I showed my screenshot (in the pictures), it clearly stated that this is a 20mm straight end bracelet. I told the salesperson that this will fit the regular seamaster 300m for sure.
So he walked over to his manager, and they nodded. I payed $980 Canadian dollars. The bracelet arrived in 5 days.
The bracelet is excellent! The watch now weights exactly 160g, which is lighter than the standard bracelet (180g with 2.5 links removed). The watch now sits gracefully on my 6.5 inch wrist. The 42mm is large in diameter, but it is also thin in terms of thickness. It now hugs my wrist super well. I am glad that I got this bracelet.
The bracelet is thicker (and better) than the IWC Milanese bracelet. Unlike the IWC, you can adjust the fit with a tip of your finger. (You need a tool to adjust the fit for the IWC). The Omega bracelet is also half the price of the IWC bracelet.
In conclusion, the Omega Milanese Bracelet is worth every penny. I highly recommend.

I just measured it now. It tapers from 20mm to 18mm
This watch could be my grail. I’m fact, almost any Omega could be. What a wonderful piece. I’ve fallen in love too.

the quality is insane on the mesh but for me the clasp is waaaay too bulky. It is thicker than the watch and makes it look super weird imo. That‘s just my taste though I guess…
I picked one up in TX over the holidays for my Aqua Terra. I LOVE how it looks and feels. I totally agree with your assessment.
The only difference, the boutique in TX had one in stock, offered it to be basically before I asked for it (I told then I was looking for a bracelet for me AT), then put it on for me before I left.

You’re right about the clasp, and it does take a minute for the underside of your wrist to get used to it. But once you do it’s fine.
