Fake AP Offshore on NATO

A friend once bought a fake AP Offshore. And now the rubber strap is now breaking in little rubber pieces. Is there a adapterkit somewhere to fit it with a NATO or normal leather strap?

Nope. That's why integrated bracelets/straps are evil. As are fakes.

There's only one solution to your...ahem...friend's problem:

You should be able to source a replacement rubber / leather strap or even a bracelet from Etsy.

Fake AP?

Toss it, along with the strap.

Plenty of inexpensive homages out there.

Ignore the hataz and check Ebay. AliExpress probably too. The local AP dealer may have something, but I wouldn't pay their prices.

Replacement rubber strap she has is from Ali. Piece of crap. Not perfectly fitting.

Why toss it? She got it years ago. Wants to keep wearing it. Has some sentimental value. I tend to keep all my watches. You tossed anything lately?

If she wants to keep wearing it who am I to suggest to destroy a watch. Did you destroy any watches lately?

Can’t say that I have (at least, intentionally), but also can’t say that I have any fake timepieces (again, at least intentionally) or condone the wearing of them.

Had at 1 time 2 fake Rolex and 1 fake Breitling. They were donated to science.

No-but I never owned a fake.

If I somehow got stuck with one it would be in the trash immediately.

Homages good

Fakes bad

mmmmkay So when someone makes a homage watch and calls it Relox or PA you would keep it? I'm not the owner as I said. She wants to wear it for her reasons. I was the one who had to fit and modify a 'homage' strap. And was wondering if there would be an adapter kit available for a NATO. It is still easier to get a fake than the original of a Rolex, AP or even a Patek.

Hell no. Deceptive branding is deliberately misleading and a poor attempt at deception.
