The gift to my dad, becoming 80, is broken. The crown got stuck between his jacket for some reason. How? I don't know. The crown on this watch is like sunken into the watch. Hard to pull out for old fingers.
So I asked Lilienthal Berlin about a new crown&stem. I could do the exchange myself. They responded with a tracking label. Watch is 3 years old. Repair is like a 50 euro max they said. Shipped the watch back to them. Let's see how this goes.
Great customer support this far.
After receiving the watch on their side I was notified the repair would be 30 euro's. 2-3 weeks went past and it was returned fully repaired. Still waiting for a bill.
