Order Cancellation Blues
I have no idea what went wrong with this AE order, but I really really wanted the silver dial from the Hamilton Khaki Field Auto, which feels overpriced to me at $695 and never went on sale on Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Guess it’s time to start a savings fund… 😅

Yea, Ali can be flaky sometimes... I ordered a couple straps with the "14 day guarantee" back in November. Zero help from customer service. Just wait out 3 month window and see what happens.

Oh it was pay after delivery so no worries. Their arbitration for disputes is atrocious though, they sided with the seller of a $5 pin where all I got was an empty envelope lol

I'll have to keep on the lookout for the pay after delivery option! They're customer service is truly awful though... This year I think thiniking trying my hand at a Seiko watch build with parts from Ali, but am a bit nervous. I'll have to select the seller carefully I think
