A pair of space-age reissues

If you're not having fun with high-accuracy quartz, you're missing out! These space-age buddies get a lot of wrist time.

The Lunar Pilot Meteor only came out recently, of course, so it pretty much dominates at the moment. Being from Sweden originally, it's fun to have a piece of the meteor's landing spot on the wrist. ๐Ÿ™‚ Seen here on a Phenome NATO strap.

My father passed away over 30 years ago and I don't have many good memories, but when I was 7 or 8, I found his dead Pulsar in a shoebox and thought it was the coolest looking thing ever (even though it didn't work). When Hamilton did the reissue, it was a foregone conclusion I'd get one (or two, since I also have the Matrix limited edition with a green display).

"Soul" comes in the shape of warm fuzzies and vibes, whether the watch contains an escapement or integrated circuit.

Remember to have fun in this hobby!

I like the lunar a lot, but it's too big for my wristImage

The PSR is great, i tried it on and loved it... great to have the connection to a memory of your father

I owned a PSR for a while, cracking watch, probably the only one I've had where a few people actually asked me about it, no-one cares about the ones that cost ยฃ4000+...

And that's not a dig at people paying lots of money for watches - not a single person has ever commented on my Monaco or my Superocean ๐Ÿคฃ
