Q: How did you get into watch collecting?
Once an anti watch and all things luxury. A friend of mine was interested in purchasing a Rolex. I thought it was a ludicrous idea and googled "rolex watches" to check the prices and laugh off the idea. I was instantly afflicted with the watch curse and began my watch journey that same month.
Q: What was the first watch you ever owned?
Seiko 5 SNK series
Q: Do you have a watch with a particularly interesting story behind it?
Nope. I see what I like, research for weeks, and then buy it :).
Q: What is one piece of advice you have for someone just getting into watches?
Sit on the idea for at least a week if not two before a purchase. Your tastes for watches can change dramatically as you find out what's out there and learn watches in small detail. Quality over quantity.
Q: What brands have been getting your attention lately?
Omega - Speedmaster / 007 Seamaster Grand Seiko - 4 Seasons Collection Zenith - Chronomaster Sport and Defy Skeleton Pitzmann - Best watch/$ and is made from my birthplace :)
Q: What is your grail watch and why?
FPJ Chronometre Bleu - nothing can replicate, pure class, trippy blue. Grand Seiko Kodo - Skeletons are cool
