Chanel Superleggera - I Like It But...

I can't help but think the seconds and hours should be switched around for better time telling. The seconds interferes / distracts there for me, it's not as fluid. Anyone else agree? The Monsieur de Chanel Superleggera Edition Intense Black

Central jump hour must be very technically difficult

Which is which? Lol I can’t intuitively tell which one is the seconds and which one is the minutes from the picture, which is getting at your point probably!

Minutes is the top largest area, seconds in the middle where I think the hour should be.

After looking for a few more seconds I figured it out, but I agree it’s not the best layout. Would definitely work better imo if the hour and minute layout were swapped

I think the hour and second swapped but maybe your way would work well. And I just thought on the wrist in real life size maybe the second being between them isn't such an issue? It's easy to forget (for me as I am a bit simple 😜) it is all in macro on screen.

It is a jumping hour retrograde minute, made it a dead beat and the brand could change to go, pp or vc. Chanel is showing beyond fashion brand, congrats to them.

We are living by the minute nowadays, not by the hour anymore, unfortunately.

True! And I suppose one could learn to read this one bottom to top relatively easily. It would just take some getting used to, like getting used to a push button gear selector in a car vs an old school shifter.
