I just love watches with good stories. And the Kon-tiki line from Eterna - folowing the steps of the homonym expedition from the 50’s is just a great example . Do you have other examples ? (besides the conquest of Everest)

Saw an Eterna for the first time IRL a couple of weeks ago, dunno what model but I was very impressed by the quality of it. I'd put it on par with my Omega's. Beautiful 😍

Eterna is around from 1856 - so they used to know their stuff
Not sure when he got it, but my pops wore this on his wedding day with my mom. Gave it to me a couple of years ago.
