Stolen watches, nothing new. My first time happened last week, when after ordering a Field Lead from Maryland based Winfield Watch Company someone at UPS thought this was a five finger discount. As a former UPS driver I can attest to the amount of theft that happens each and every day. Well, I sent a picture of my empty box to CEO Mark Miller who promptly sent a replacement which arrived in short order. The Field Lead is the second watch I've purchased from Winfield. After seeing the line up close and personal this past March at the District Time event in Washington, D.C. I had to have one. Solid timepieces, great customer service.

Absolutely...total violation which happens way too much. Yes, Winfield stepped up to the plate.
