I have owned several Sinns and never have been disappointed. There are a couple of things to look out for, though. For one, the chronographs tend to be rather thick. The regular 103 St Sa is 17mm high, which was too much for me to really love it. Also, there are sometimes some issues with alignment, be it bezel or dial alignment. Other than that, they're great watches to own.
This being handwound and not automatic like the regular 103s, it is thinner at 15mm with the original display back. I actually had that switched at Sinn for a solid case back, which makes it a bit thinner, but more importantly more comfortable to wear due to the shape of the case back.
