Sticky bezel on Omega SMP 300M!

Hey there,

I had to stressful experience of a sticky bezel which would almost not turn back to position! I didn't do anything special, outside of Xmas dinner and playing in the snow when it happened. I left it close to a heater one night. Could that be it? 

After a good clean and rinse in the shower, it came back to normal.
