Currently buying what I like and can afford. That said, I'm trying to cover off the functional bases and sizes:

  • Chrono - Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch, 3861 calibre, sapphire sandwich 42mm

  • Dress - Grand Seiko SBGY009 40mm

  • GMT - Rolex Explorer 2 39mm 16570

  • Neo-Vintage - Rolex DateJust 16220 36mm (1998)

  • Vintage - Omega Constellation C-Shaped 168017 35mm (1965)

  • Beater - Casio G-Shock GW-5000U-1ER

The mods/homages I've made include:

  • Rolex Yachtmaster

  • Rolex GMT Master 2 Pepsi

  • Blancpain Fifty Fathoms

  • Rolex Explorer 1

I built these because I love each of the real watches but, except for the Explorer 1, I'm not willing to part with the cash for them just yet. I've got my name down for the new 40mm Explorer 1 since I don't want to go grey market anymore.
