Seiko SRK050-P1 Review
My son and I reviewed this affordable Seiko dress watch with a sapphire crystal and reliable quartz movement. We love the watch’s look and style. The gold plated polish is nice. Sapphire crystal is strong and easy to read. Reliable quartz to grab and go. Leather strap is comfortable and durable as I have wore it regularly for a few months. It has low water resistance of 50 meters, but it’s a dress watch. No Seiko QA issues that I can see. Only $149 currently on Amazon. The watch being an affordable Seiko with a sapphire crystal is amazing and puzzles Seiko fans, but is welcome. Very lightweight due to the movement. Watch looks and feels higher end than it should. The boy's right. I'd prefer a boxed acrylic crystal. The styling is flawless and I guess most people will like the modern size. The cabochon crown is a surprise. I'm glad they kept the hands and cabochon basic black for ultimate practicality. Also glad the band is not black.
