I’d say the crown is a little dirty but looks fine, there’s no sign of metal dust or any other blatant wear. Though I will contend that opening a watch like this will put its water resistance in jeopardy and potentially introduce a lot of dust/debris that watchmakers are controlling (and could be a problem).

Yes the crown looks fine but it does look like something is caught around it that might be the crown gasket.
