New Watch Day!
Found it online, and as soon as I saw it was mechanical, I couldn't resist. It's really small (16mm lug), and I have a strap on order but I'll probably never wear it. Haven't been able to get the back open yet, and no markings on the case as to the manufacturer.

Bradley made a lot of these mechanical character watches in the 50s-70s, although they usually have their brand on the dial.
I got it open. At first I saw no makers names, then I googled Basis. There is (was) a Basis watch company, so I guess they made it?
