When I asked Bulgari service they estimated 6 months waiting time, I don't want to send my watch to an unknown place for 6 months. But I can't think of any other solution.

Factory service often has a long wait time. On a watch like this it's best to send it to the manufacturer. Deifiitely not a DIY job. Any pictures of the damage?
