I think a black strap would make the dial pop and elevate the look. 👍
I know it can be subjective, but I think the strap looks very good. And so would other colors. It's a neutral colored dial. Looks great in my opinion.
I’d possibly try a dark brown aviator style strap on that.

I agree with Danilo @drcarter13 it's a neutral dial, and just about any colour of strap would be a match. But.. it is subjective, and life is short. If it's not working for you, it's time to change it.
