Wifey did a thing
Wifey was never really into my hobby... A few weeks ago, we were walking through the mall after dinner, and I popped my head into a TAG boutique just to browse.
Something caught my wife's eye, and I suggested she try it on. She declined, so I thought it was one of those moments where she was just being polite, but then she agreed to try it on. I saw that there was a "matching" piece, and asked to try it as well...
I made a comment, something to the effect of, "we could match." And she loved there idea.
Afterwards I inquired about the watches a little more, and one day on vacation, she said, "We should do it!" And that she hasn't stopped thinking about them.
And that was that... I was so excited that she was excited about a watch. TAG is not on my list of go-tos, but it's solid, looks nice, and not overpriced (after discount) lol.
Now I just need a nice display case/watch box for them.

I honestly think TAG Aquaracers are every bit as nice as most "luxury" watches, and deserve more respect than they get in the watch community.
