Broken Casio Keepers

This is my second casio where the keeper broke. I had a F105 where the keeper broke and now lost forever. Then I was wearing this CA53 yesterday when I realized the keeper broke as well. These are cheap $10-20 watches, so I am not really too bothered, but wondering whether anyone experienced the same issue. I love these watches. Cheap, classic, functional but I haven't been wearing them as much as I would have liked. Guessing that the lack of use and the humid weather in Singapore had something to do with the keepers breaking. Anyway, a bit sad, but not that big a deal ultimately.

Just use one of the metal keepers from a nato strap instead. It'll never break off.

Great idea. So simple. Can't believe I never thought of it.

I’ve been there sometimes you buy a new strap or search for the loops

Cheap watches break... There is a reason Casio charges less than $50 USD for the watch.

My friends back in the day would replace the keepers with rubber bands, it’s part of the game and always has been

I actually did that with my F105. But I may now look for some keepers from my other straps. To bad I just sold a bunch of my older straps that I don't use any more.
