I like vintagesque styled watches and as a result I like printed. I understand that applied is objectively "better" but like printed as a design element.

I generally prefer the depth and visual interest of applied indices, but I don't necessarily dislike printed. It depends on the overall design.
I got both and as @gbelleh said it’s all down to the design 👍🏻
I like shiny applied so they sparkle in the light
I chose C. For example, the 1016 is my favorite iteration of the Explorer. I love the printed indices over the applied.
Most excellent.
I love applied indices, but printed makes much more sense on a tool watch. Twelve less things to break loose. 😂
It depends on the watch, of course I only own applied indexes watches so..

My grail watch
I prefer printed. I’m a minimalist so I like the clean, clear simplicity of print on dials. Also brushed surfaces are my preferred finishing on metal.
Applied and Sandwich are 👌
Depends on the watch....
Only thing I really dislike is round indices whether printed or applied.🤔
