As I understand it ancre goupilles means pin lever and does not designate a manufacturer. That is a beautiful dial.

Indeed. Although, I have searched online and there was (is??) a brand called ANCRE, in many listings it is supposed to be french. I found the same watch in different color dial and it is sold as french in a couple of adds and as swiss in some others.. How knows..
