Swatch repair (UK)

Hi all - unusual question perhaps. I have a relatively new and rare Swatch quartz that has stopped working (not battery or damage related) and just wondered if anyone had experience with any specialist repairers. Google search has turned up the Watch Lab but I would prefer a personal recommendation. Many thanks in advance.

Go to a proper swatch shop. They've done all my 'repairs' (links out, new battery, etc) for free

Thank you for the reply - they have said they can't / won't repair as it is an issue with the movement but suggested looking for a third party due to the value.

Is it still under guarantee or did you buy it from a 3rd party? I am not entirely sure why they would walk away from it if it is relatively new, they should be able to help more than that. The problem with Swatches is that some models are pretty disposable - effectively a one and done affair.
Is there a reason why The Watch Lab is no good for you? I’ve never used them, so just curious.

I also found a couple more (cannot vouch for any of them - never used, but might be something):

Longer version… I got it a couple of years ago for my niece, took it in for repair / battery replacement to Swatch and when it turned out not to be the battery they offered a replacement of any alternative, then realised limited edition and value, so I think it’s worth looking for a reputable repairer, although my guess is it will be challenging. Never having had a service or repair for a Swatch before, was looking for any experiences. I appreciate the other links and will take a look, thank you

Hopefully they can be of use.

Ive only ever had one bad Swatch experience and it was a diver that leaked sand into the bezel within seconds of swimming - absolute rubbish. Took it straight back and they agreed it was a piece of s***, so let me trade for something of equal value. I got a KidRobot one with a massive figurine that was B stock. Still have it to this day, wear it every now and then.
