What in your opinion is the best sub 100 watch that isn't Casio?

How about a Timex Ironman? Unless you want to wade into the Ali Ex clomage territory.

I’m going with the Swatch Leafy Line for the coolest sub 100 watch.

Indeed. I'm a bit of Pagani Design fan boy.

Steeldive as well.

Timex has a ton of solid options under $100.

How about Bertucci?

They have some field watches under a c-note too.

Sekonda wingman £30-40

You could probably find something decent from Timex or Pagani Design.

Invicta Grand Diver. All of them are NH35A movements. I bought this one, new, off eBay for $89:

This lovely blue one was $96.50 off Amazon:

They are a HUGE value proposition. Got 13 of 'em! The two above are 18k gold PVD plated and the top one has a mother-of-pearl dial.

You might have better things to spend your €€ on if this is your budget.

Great comment. Looking at your posts you've not gotten the point of watchcrunch. Maybe people enjoy watches without needing to make it a big financial decision. Reddits waiting for you to come back.

You might not like the comment, but that doesn’t stop it from being true. £80 doesn’t buy much of anything, especially watches.

You seem to be following all the relevant tags for budget watches & many of the replies you’ve received have oft been quoted before. I suspect you probably know the answers before asking the question, which is probably why you’ve gotten a bit shitty about my off script answer.

You can think I'm getting shitty about your 'off script' answer, or you could not bring your toxic approach to the hobby to the place specifically created to avoid just that. I'll state again. There's other sites where you can go, that are filled with people of a similar attitude, for which this site was created to get away from.

I strongly doubt this space has been created as philanthropic refuge for Casio fanboys offended buy opinions or those with collections of equally affordable plastic participation medals. I stand by my comment. If you’re building a collection of anthing based on a small disposable income you probably shouldn’t be collecting anything at that time.

The assumption of a small disposible income is wonderful! My income is more than fine. My 'building a collection' is me liking finding some wee budget watches I like the look of. There's no watch boxes, queries about services etc, etc. Not wanting to spend more money does not indicicate a lack thereof dude.

Your presumptions here show what I'm saying. Noone said you can't get involved here in the (philanthropic refuge btw hahahha) things you like. It's literally set up to you can do this. It's a platform that covers a all the topics. You've mentioned my tags. You can curate your page to suit you and the things you enjoy. All without needing to get involved in other discussions your not going to be constructive in.
